Are you actively doing investments?
Yes, absolutely. We are continuously evaluating promising companies and actively investing in early-stage Dutch tech founders who align with our vision.
What is the typical investment amount?
Our typical initial investment ranges from €50K to €150K with most first investments starting around €100K. These investments are usually made as direct equity or through Convertible Loan Agreements (CLAs) that eventually convert to equity during a next investment round. We also provide for potential follow-up investments in subsequent rounds for our most successful portfolio companies.
